Fitness

We run fitness, stretch and conditioning classes at Vision. We find these classes to be very popular and a challenge for our students. These classes build strength, stamina and endurance which are all key within all dance styles. They are varied and fun, they combine dance fitness cardio, body weight & strength building and stretching techniques.

 

These classes are available from our baby classes right through to getting our parents involved.
