Uniform

Dancing is a discipline, wearing the correct uniform is an integral part of that. We encourage our students to expect high standards of themselves. We strive to make our village dance school the best it can be and for the children to be proud to be part of the Vision family.

Ballet

For exam wear for all ballet grades see the examinations page.

Lesson wear

Whilst lesson wear is more relaxed than exam wear, ballet students are expected to keep high standards of uniform for lessons.

  • Hair is to be brushed back and if long, in a bun.

  • Appropriate leotard for grade (see exam wear) with tights and pink ballet shoes.

  • Vision t-shirts and hoodies may be worn to the lesson, with hoodies being removed whilst dancing.
